Equinox Yoga 21 was a September 2017 challenge, from 1st to 21st. Asanas include Flying pigeon (Eka Pada Galavasana), Locust pose (Salabhasana), Bow Pose (Dhanurasana) and Camel pose (Ustrasana).

Upwardfacing dog in September 3rd 2017. I bring an upward facing dog on the fountain in the center in  Brantingtorget,  Gamla Stan,  Stockholm.

Downward Facing Dog in February 19th 2019. I go for the  Downward Facing Dog or  Adho Mukha Svanasana option. One regular and one three-legged dog.

Intense Side Stretch Pose in September 5th 2017. The hardest part with this one for me is the  Reversehandsprayer. I get the fingers right, but still have to make the rest of the hands.

Noose Pose in September 6th 2017. Phew, this one is very tough, need a quite long improvised strap to get the arms around.

Bow Pose in December 13th 2018. I go for both strength and flexibility today and bring a  Bow Pose or  Dhanurasana as well as a  Boatpose or  Navasana for  Abs. These poses targets the  Manipu
