Fall into basics was an October 2017 challenge, from 1st to 12th. Asanas include Bow Pose (Dhanurasana), Half Lord of the Fishes Pose (Ardha Matsyendrasana), Crow pose (Kakasana) and Padahastasana (Hand Under Foot pose).

Half Lord of the Fishes Pose in October 9th 2017. This pose will for sure be the first one I'll do on beach on my next travel, as it's definitely a water themed asana. And then eat sea bass :)
