Fall in to an open heart was a September 2017 challenge, from 1st to 10th. Asanas include Camel pose (Ustrasana), King Pigeon (Eka Pada Raja Kapotasana), Kapotasana and Cobra pose (Bhujangasana).

Day 1: Wheel
Day 2: Bridge Pose
Day 3: Bow
Day 4: Camel
Day 5: King Pigeon
Day 6: Kapotasana
Day 7: Cobra Pose
Day 8: Standing Backbend
Day 9: Forearm wheel
Day 10: Scorpion Inversion

Wheelpose in September 1st 2017. A new month with new opportunities.

Bow Pose in December 13th 2018. I go for both strength and flexibility today and bring a  Bow Pose or  Dhanurasana as well as a  Boatpose or  Navasana for  Abs. These poses targets the  Manipu

Cobra pose in May 19th 2019. My first though is almost always Camel when thinking chest Openers. But Cobra pose or Bhujangasana is also one. I've used to think cobra as just an easier version

Forearm Wheel in September 9th 2017. I don't have the right flexibility in shoulders yet for  Forearm Wheel, so I bring a wheelpose instead.
