Embrace your emotional energy – Sidecrow/sideplank
Loose the ”everything to everyone ” – EPK / plank
Change routine – Elephant trunk/ L sit
Say what you think – Pincha/ dolphin
Nourish your body – Handstand / downdog
Practice Meditation – Yogis Choice
