Fire Up Your Energy was a July 2020 challenge, from 25th to 31st. Asanas include Savasana (Corpse pose), Crow pose (Kakasana), Side crow (Parsva Bakasana) and Eka Pada Koundinyasana 2 (Pose Dedicated to the Sage Koundinya II).

Quit comparing – Crow/crane
Embrace your emotional energy – Sidecrow/sideplank
Loose the ”everything to everyone ” – EPK / plank
Change routine – Elephant trunk/ L sit
Say what you think – Pincha/ dolphin
Nourish your body – Handstand / downdog
Practice Meditation – Yogis Choice

Dolphin pose in July 18th 2018. I'm ending this humpday with  Ardha Pincha Mayurasana or  Dolphinpose. This is an important preparation pose for pincha, and also the most common pose to launch into pincha.

Handstand in August 6th 2018. I warmed up with spacular pushups, faux handstands facing the wall with leg raises and then kicking up against the wall and hold for a while.  Adho Mukha Vrksasan
