Flexi Hips N Hammies 2 was an August 2018 challenge, from 27th to 5th. Asanas include Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana), Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended hand to big toe pose), Lizard pose (Utthan Pristhasana) and Sundial pose (parivrtta surya yantrasana).

Shiva Pose in September 2nd 2018. I choose to practice  Shiva Pose or  Kala Bhairavasana. This one is very hard, and I found the tutorial by amazing @omniyogagirl helpful.

Eka Pada Koundinyasana 2 in September 3rd 2018. I bring an Eka Pada Koundinyasana2 in the sunshine, happy humpday!

Split in September 4th 2018. I go for a  Hanumanasana or  Split with arms up and drishti on hands, similar to warrior 1 and extended mountain pose.
