Flexible Yogis Around was a March 2018 challenge, from 2nd to 8th. Asanas include Humble Warrior (Baddha Virabhadrasana), Lotus pose (Padmasana), Split (Hanumanasana) and Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana).

Camel pose in August 14th 2021. Today is Open your heart with Camel Pose or Ustrasana. I've seen many inspiring variations in the gallery, but still feel most comfortable with the basic form.

Humble Warrior in March 3rd 2018. One of my favorite  Shoulderopeners is  Baddha Virabhadrasana or  Humble Warrior.

Lotus pose in March 4th 2018. I love how @k_evayoga made today's assignment, and attempted a similar hipopener with my  Yoga Wheel. Got a nice stretch for my shoulders at the same time.  Brace
