Flexy Body Yogis was a March 2018 challenge, from 20th to 26th. Asanas include Split (Hanumanasana), Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana), Lotus pose (Padmasana) and Mermaid Pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana).

Side plank lotus in March 20th 2018. I attempt the  Lotus  Side Plank Pose variation, inspired by awesome @yun_chan88. This is a serious balance challenge, but it helps being able to form the
