Flexy Hips And Hammies 3 was a March 2019 challenge, from 22nd to 31st. Asanas include Shiva Pose (Kala Bhairavasana), Eka Pada Koundinyasana 2 (Pose Dedicated to the Sage Koundinya II), Split (Hanumanasana) and Utpluthih (Scales pose).

Wide legged forward fold in March 22nd 2019. Yay for a third season! I bring  Wideleggedforwardfold or  Prasarita Padottanasana D, just like in previous seasons, and bring my previous entries.

Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana in March 23rd 2019. I bring six pictures today: both sides for stage 1 and 2, and one from stage 2 for the last two seasons.

Lizard pose in March 24th 2019. I go for the Utthan Pristhasana or Lizard variation I practiced in season 2. And I bring both sides.

Sundial pose in March 25th 2019. I go for  Sundialpose or parivrttasuryayantrasana as it's the same pose I practiced last seasons. I bring a multiexposure photo of today's practice to get both

Pigeon pose in March 26th 2019. Doing a Friday catchup :) I've did regular  Pigeonpose and  Standingpigeon in past seasons, so I bring both now. And I bring both sides for both.  Twinshavemore

Frog pose in March 27th 2019.  Mandukasana or  Frogpose is a long term favorite of mine. A yummy way to pin your opponent in the ring and a nice preparation for skandasana and middle splits. A

Split in March 30th 2019. I go for Hanumanasana Splits today like in season 2, although I made Straddle split or Samakonasana in season one.
