Flexy Hips And Hammies was an April 2018 challenge, from 15th to 24th. Asanas include Compass pose (Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana), Standing pigeon, Frog pose (Mandukasana) and Shiva Pose (Kala Bhairavasana).

Compass pose in April 18th 2018. I go for a  Compasspose or  Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana in the sunset. This is a great hipopener and hamstringstretch.

Frog pose in April 20th 2018. Happy flexibilityfriday!  Frogpose or  Mandukasana is a great hipopener and preparation pose for middle splits. And a good preparation for the frog is the bound angle pose.

Shiva Pose in April 21st 2018. Both of those are very tough for me, and I go for  Shiva Pose. Like with Visvamitrasana, warm up your hamstrings with everything you got.
