Flexy Lexy Hammies was a February 2019 challenge, from 5th to 11th. Asanas include Lizard pose (Utthan Pristhasana), Sundial pose (parivrtta surya yantrasana), Reverse table top (Ardha Purvottanasana) and Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 (EPK1).

Wide legged forward fold / Classic forward fold⠀
Lizard pose / Pigeon pose⠀
Compass pose / Super soldier ⠀
Shiva Pose / Reverse Table Top ⠀
Epk 1 or 2 ⠀
Bird of paradise/ Standing compass ⠀
Any Split

Standing forward fold in February 5th 2019. I go for  Uttanasana or  Standingforwardfold, a great hamstringstretch and hipflexion. This pose do also target the  Thirdeye chakra.
