A February 2019 challenge

Flexy Lexy Hammies was a February 2019 challenge, from 5th to 11th. Asanas include Lizard pose (Utthan Pristhasana), Sundial pose (parivrtta surya yantrasana), Reverse table top (Ardha Purvottanasana) and Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 (EPK1).

Standing forward fold in February 5th 2019. I go for  Uttanasana or  Standingforwardfold, a great hamstringstretch and hipflexion. This pose do also target the  Thirdeye chakra.

Reverse table top in July 8th 2018. How about a game of chess? The goal here is not to hold for a mere few consecutive shots at six second intervals, but to actually host a table top game. If

Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 in April 24th 2020. Since I've already used the grasshopper and side crow, I bring my remaining twisted Arm balance, the Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 or EPK1.

Bird of Paradise in October 11th 2019. The Bird of paradise pose or Svarga Dvijasana have traditionally been very hard for me, as the bind requires open shoulders, the leg extension need open
