A June 2020 challenge

Flow With Cyclic Moon 3 was a June 2020 challenge, from 8th to 12th. Asanas include Chaturanga (Chaturanga Dandasana), Crescent lunge (Anjaneyasana), Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana) and Standing backbend (Anuvittasana).

New Moon (any plank / savasana / straight-legged inversion / any straight-line-shaped pose)
Crescent Moon (crescent lunge / camel / cobra / up dog / bridge)
Half Moon (sugarcane / half moon / warror3 / dancer / any split )
Gibbous Moon (standing backbend / any hollow back / scorpion / side bend)
Full Moon (wheel / bow / kapotasana / any circle-shaped pose)

Chaturanga in June 8th 2020. I love to celebrate the moon, and joined another challenge for the full moon last week. My choice for first day is Chaturanga Dandasana.
