A March 2018 challenge

Fly Like a Yogi was a March 2018 challenge, from 1st to 10th. Asanas include Chin stand (Gandabherundasana), Utpluthih (Scales pose), Eight Angle Pose (Astavakrasana) and Crow pose (Kakasana).

Firefly in March 3rd 2018. Here is my  Tittibhasana or  Firefly. This armbalance pose is very tough for me, and getting the legs extended is one of the goals for myyogajourney 2018.

Grasshopper pose in March 4th 2018. Yay, getting a slight improvement of my  Parsva Bhuja Dandasana or  Grasshopperpose. Until now, I've not been able to extend the hanging leg at all, it was

Side crow in March 7th 2018. I followed the practice today on OMstars, and @kinoyoga were really amazing. I could take my sidecrow to a new level and were able to shift gaze towards the camera instead of looking down the mat. Did also got slightly straigh

Chin stand in March 9th 2018. Chinstand or  Gandabherundasana was scary before. Have used props, as a Bosu to help get up and then FeetUp that helped me find the optimal distance between hands and chin. Then no scary momentum is needed, just have  Stronga
