Flying Through Summer was an August 2017 challenge, from 1st to 10th. Asanas include Elephant Trunk Pose (Eka Hasta Bhujasana), Arm pressure pose (Bhujapidasana), Crow pose (Kakasana) and Grasshopper pose (Parsva Bhuja Dandasana).

10) Yogi’s Choice of ’Baby’ Arm Balance (on forearms)

Arm pressure pose in August 9th 2017. I go for Shoulder Pressing Pose or  Armpressurepose, which is good practice before I get ready for the Firefly. The pose improves strength in arms and wrists and improves balance.
