An August 2018 challenge

Forget Me Not Yoga was an August 2018 challenge, from 13th to 19th. Asanas include Revolved Triangle Pose (Parivrtta trikonasana), Crane pose (Bakasana), Bird of Paradise (Svarga Dvijasana) and King Pigeon (Eka Pada Raja Kapotasana).

Revolved Triangle Pose (Parivrtta trikonasana)
Crane pose in August 14th 2018. There are days when you need to engage  Flightmode to  Reclaimyourmemory. Giving the mind a break from the information flow helps it heal from stress.

Bird of Paradise in October 11th 2019. The Bird of paradise pose or Svarga Dvijasana have traditionally been very hard for me, as the bind requires open shoulders, the leg extension need open

King Pigeon in July 26th 2019. I bring a Raja Kapotasana or King Pigeon with my InfinityStrap in the sunshine

Headstand lotus in September 24th 2018. I can't do lotus handstand, but I want the challenge of an Inverted Lotus so I bring an Urdhva Padmasana or Headstandlotus. I formed the lotus in air.
