Fun Week With Props was a March 2021 challenge, from 1st to 6th. Asanas include Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana), Plank pose (Phalakasana), Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana) and Crow pose (Kakasana).

Wide legged forward fold in March 22nd 2019. Yay for a third season! I bring  Wideleggedforwardfold or  Prasarita Padottanasana D, just like in previous seasons, and bring my previous entries.

Handstand in August 6th 2018. I warmed up with spacular pushups, faux handstands facing the wall with leg raises and then kicking up against the wall and hold for a while.  Adho Mukha Vrksasan

Benu Bird Pose in May 25th 2020. My choice today is a hybrid of Benu Bird Pose and Bound Angle Pose inspired by amazing @inspiremyyoga. I love this variation, looks like an inverted Odal rune
