Fun Week With Props started on Monday 1st March and ends Saturday 6th. Asanas include Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana), Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana), Plank pose (Phalakasana) and Wheel with one leg up (Eka Pada Urdhva Dhanurasana).
