Funky Summer Yogachallenge was a July 2018 challenge, from 13th to 19th. Asanas include Chin stand (Gandabherundasana), Crescent lunge (Anjaneyasana), Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose) and Plank pose (Phalakasana).

Plank pose in July 13th 2018. Jumping in here :) I bring a  Plank or  Ado Mukha Dandasana with one leg up on a cannon in  Bomarsund fortress,  Aland Islands. Everyone needs a few weeks of vaca

Wide legged forward fold in March 22nd 2019. Yay for a third season! I bring  Wideleggedforwardfold or  Prasarita Padottanasana D, just like in previous seasons, and bring my previous entries.

Camel pose in July 16th 2018. I bring a regular  Ustrasana, my number one  Chest Opener. A given preparation for all backbends.

Chin stand in March 9th 2018. Chinstand or  Gandabherundasana was scary before. Have used props, as a Bosu to help get up and then FeetUp that helped me find the optimal distance between hands and chin. Then no scary momentum is needed, just have  Stronga
