Further Your Flexibility was an April 2020 challenge, from 27th to 3rd. Asanas include High lunge pose (Utthita Ashwa Sanchalanasana), Camel pose (Ustrasana), Reclined split (Supta Trivikramasana) and Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose).

Day 1: Goal Pose – Over Splits (Prep poses: Half Splits, Lizard, Splits)
Day 2: Goal pose – Kapotasana (Prep poses: Hero with small backbend, Camel, Camel with upward rotated arms)
Day 3: Goal pose – Legs behind head (Prep poses: Happy Baby, Compass, Reclined Splits/Reclined Middle Splits)
Day 4: Goal pose – King Dancer (Prep poses: Low Lunge, Pigeon, Dancer)
Day 5: Goal pose – Scorpion (Prep poses: Bow, Dolphin, Scorpion at wall)
Day 6: Goal pose – Bow with Feet to Head (Prep poses: Locust, Bow, Bow with flipped grip)
Day 7: Yogis Choice
