Get Your Splits Together was a March 2020 challenge, from 25th to 31st. Asanas include Reclined hero (Supta Virasana), Fire log pose (Agnistambhasana), Lizard pose (Utthan Pristhasana) and Split (Hanumanasana).

Forward fold or Pyramid pose
Revolved head to knee or Compass pose
Reclined hero or Bhekasana
Sleeping pigeon or Firelog pose
Lizard or high lunge
Half splits or splits
Yogis Choice

Compass pose in March 26th 2020. My choice today is Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana or Compass pose.
