Giving Thanks Yogis was a November 2018 challenge, from 19th to 22nd. Asanas include Skandasana (Side lunge), Trikonasana (Triangle pose), Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana) and Frog pose (Mandukasana).
