An April 2020 challenge

GOF Yogis Blossom was an April 2020 challenge, from 11th to 17th. Asanas include Lotus pose (Padmasana), Wild Thing (Camatkarasana), Frog pose (Mandukasana) and Goddess pose (Utkata Konasana).

Wild thing

Lotus pose in February 21st 2018. I bring a  Lotuspose with  Garudasana arms, a yogi upgrade to the powersitting technique used in attachmenttherapy.

Wild Thing in April 12th 2020. I do always enter Wild Thing or Camatkarasana from downward facing dog.

Frog pose in April 18th 2021. Today is one of my favorite poses, the Frog pose or Mandukasana. When fully warmed up, this hip opener feels wonderful to stay in for a while.

Boatpose in November 12th 2019. Happy Beaver Moon! My choice for seatedpose is Navasana or Boat pose.
