Gracefully Strong Yogis 3 was a January 2018 challenge, from 8th to 19th. Asanas include Hollow back, Standing backbend (Anuvittasana), Split (Hanumanasana) and Side crow (Parsva Bakasana).

Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 in January 10th 2018. I'm getting closer to one of my 2018 goals, the epk1. I was able to hold this partial variation for about six seconds. For completion, both legs

Forearm stand in January 11th 2018. Happy  Forearm Friday! I bring a  Forearmstand or  Pincha Mayurasana.  Inversions like pincha help open the ajna, the thirdeye chakra.

Heron pose in January 13th 2018. I bring a  Heronpose or  Krounchasana. I warmed up with other hamstringstretches, like forward folds and splits.

Grasshopper pose in January 16th 2018. I bring a Grasshopperpose or Parsva Bhuja Dandasana. Eating grasshoppers is tasty and healthy, so it's among the Edibleasanas in my book.
