Ground Your Body 2 was a July 2020 challenge, from 23rd to 27th. Asanas include Mukta Hasta Sirsasana B (Free Hands Headstand), Double toe stand, Knee Warrior (Manipura Samajjana) and Pigeon pose.

Knee Warrior in July 24th 2020. Knee balance is fun :) I bring a One kneebalance which is also known as Knee Warrior.

Pigeon pose in March 26th 2019. Doing a Friday catchup :) I've did regular  Pigeonpose and  Standingpigeon in past seasons, so I bring both now. And I bring both sides for both.  Twinshavemore
