Grounding With Drishti was an April 2018 challenge, from 22nd to 30th. Asanas include Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended hand to big toe pose), Seated Forward Fold (Paschimottanasana) and Revolved wide-legged forward fold (Parivrtta Prasarita Padottanasana).
