An April 2018 challenge

Grounding With Drishti was an April 2018 challenge, from 22nd to 30th. Asanas include Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended hand to big toe pose), Seated Forward Fold (Paschimottanasana) and Revolved wide-legged forward fold (Parivrtta Prasarita Padottanasana).

Seated Forward Fold in April 22nd 2018.  Seated Forward Bend is a pose I had wrong gaze in before. I tended to bend down my neck and rather look towards knees. So time for attachmenttherapy and make eyecontact with toes instead.

Revolved wide-legged forward fold in April 23rd 2018. I can't do the full pose, so I bring a variation with one arm on opposite foot and the other arm up. Urdhva means up, so I gaze towards the sky.

Trikonasana in April 24th 2018.  Angushtamadhye drishti means focus on thumbs, which is how I learned Trikonasana from my ashtanga practice.

Headstand in April 25th 2018. To be honest, I had no idea about the best drishti for  Sirsasana, but the nasagrai felt very right and stable. It's gazing on the nose, same as when raising arms
