An April 2017 challenge

GymYogaDance was an April 2017 challenge, from 17th to 26th. Asanas include Yogis choice, Sphinx pose (Bhujangasana), Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana) and Prayer Hands (Anjalimudra).

Day 2 Reverse Warrior – Viparita Virabhadrasana
Day 3 Fallen Angel – Devaduuta panna asana
Day 4 Split – Hanumanasana
Day 5 Toe Stand
Day 6 Feathered Peacock pose – Pincha Mayurasana
Day 7 Y Balance
Day 8 Straddle Fold – Prasarita Padottanasana
Day 9 Lotus pose – Padmasana
Day 10 Yogi’s Choice .

Chin stand in March 9th 2018. Chinstand or  Gandabherundasana was scary before. Have used props, as a Bosu to help get up and then FeetUp that helped me find the optimal distance between hands and chin. Then no scary momentum is needed, just have  Stronga
