Hands Down for Summer 2 was an August 2019 challenge, from 25th to 31st. Asanas include Eka Pada Koundinyasana 2 (Pose Dedicated to the Sage Koundinya II), Mayurasana (peacock pose), Crow pose (Kakasana) and Utpluthih (Scales pose).
