Happy Back Happy Heart Two was a July 2020 challenge, from 20th to 26th. Asanas include Puppy pose (Uttana Shishosana), Cobra pose (Bhujangasana), Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana) and Tiger pose (Eka hasta vyaghrasana).

Tiger pose in July 23rd 2020. Tiger pose or Eka hasta vyaghrasana can be either grabbing opposite foot or same foot. Opposite is tougher for me, and it's my choice today. I bring both sides.
