Happy Back Happy Heart Two was a July 2020 challenge, from 20th to 26th. Asanas include Locust pose (Salabhasana), Fishpose (Matsyasana), Puppy pose (Uttana Shishosana) and Cobra pose (Bhujangasana).

Puppy pose in July 20th 2020. Yay, I'm in here! First day is Puppy pose or Uttana Shishosana, a great shoulder stretch to undo screen time damage.

Cobra pose in May 19th 2019. My first though is almost always Camel when thinking chest Openers. But Cobra pose or Bhujangasana is also one. I've used to think cobra as just an easier version

Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana)
Tiger pose in July 23rd 2020. Tiger pose or Eka hasta vyaghrasana can be either grabbing opposite foot or same foot. Opposite is tougher for me, and it's my choice today. I bring both sides.
