Headstand ALOng With Us 3 was a March 2023 challenge, from 20th to 27th. Asanas include Salamba Sirsasana 3 (Sirsasana 3), Headstand lotus (Urdhva Padmasana), Headstand (Sirsasana) and Egg-shaped headstand.
