Headstrong Yogis was a June 2020 challenge, from 22nd to 28th. Asanas include Puppy pose (Uttana Shishosana), Camel pose (Ustrasana), Plank pose (Phalakasana) and Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana).

Wide legged forward fold in March 22nd 2019. Yay for a third season! I bring  Wideleggedforwardfold or  Prasarita Padottanasana D, just like in previous seasons, and bring my previous entries.

Dolphin pose in July 18th 2018. I'm ending this humpday with  Ardha Pincha Mayurasana or  Dolphinpose. This is an important preparation pose for pincha, and also the most common pose to launch into pincha.
