Hips Loving Yogis was a February 2020 challenge, from 16th to 20th. Asanas include Standing pigeon, Malasana (Garland Pose), Crescent lunge (Anjaneyasana) and Frog pose (Mandukasana).

Standing pigeon in August 18th 2020. The theme today is dressing up in your favorite outfits. Like when you're on the first day on your trip going to a nice cafe or restaurant, recommended by

Malasana in January 15th 2018. Joining in a bit late here, but I want to learn more about the  Chakras. For  Muladhara or  Root Chakra, I bring a  Malasana or  Garland Pose.

Frog pose in April 18th 2021. Today is one of my favorite poses, the Frog pose or Mandukasana. When fully warmed up, this hip opener feels wonderful to stay in for a while.
