Hips n Hammies was a September 2020 challenge, from 7th to 14th. Asanas include Frog pose (Mandukasana), Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), Pyramid pose (Parsvottanasana) and Skandasana (Side lunge).
