Hold your asana was an October 2018 challenge, from 21st to 27th. Asanas include Fishpose (Matsyasana), Standing split (Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana), Salamba Sirsasana 3 (Sirsasana 3) and Plank pose (Phalakasana).
