How To Yoga At Home⁣ was a May 2020 challenge, from 18th to 27th. Asanas include Tripod headstand (Mukta Hasta Sirsasana A), Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana), Standing forward fold (Uttanasana) and Revolved Triangle Pose (Parivrtta trikonasana).

Wide legged forward fold in March 22nd 2019. Yay for a third season! I bring  Wideleggedforwardfold or  Prasarita Padottanasana D, just like in previous seasons, and bring my previous entries.

Bird of Paradise in October 11th 2019. The Bird of paradise pose or Svarga Dvijasana have traditionally been very hard for me, as the bind requires open shoulders, the leg extension need open

Bound Angle Pose in May 23rd 2020. Experimenting with lighting tonight :) I bring my all-time favorite hipopener, the Baddha Konasana or Bound Angle Pose.

Benu Bird Pose in May 25th 2020. My choice today is a hybrid of Benu Bird Pose and Bound Angle Pose inspired by amazing @inspiremyyoga. I love this variation, looks like an inverted Odal rune
