Invert Or Bend 2 was an August 2017 challenge, from 1st to 10th. Asanas include Tripod headstand (Mukta Hasta Sirsasana A), Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), Headstand (Sirsasana) and Pincha (Pincha Mayurasana).

Tripod headstand (Mukta Hasta Sirsasana A)
Bridge Pose in August 2nd 2017. As yesterday, I bring you both :) I love the leg variation by @__sil_06 for the bridge, so I go for it. For the pigeon, I went for a basic one, a good backbend

Handstand in August 6th 2018. I warmed up with spacular pushups, faux handstands facing the wall with leg raises and then kicking up against the wall and hold for a while.  Adho Mukha Vrksasan
