Invert Or Bend 2 was an August 2017 challenge, from 1st to 10th. Asanas include Threelegged Dog (Eka Pada Adho Mukha Svanasana), Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana), Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) and Tripod headstand (Sirsasana II).

Day 2: BridgePose – PigeonPose
Day 3: Funky Headstand – LocustPose
Day 4: Pincha – DancerPose
Day 5: ForwardFold – Cobra
Day 6: ThreeleggedDog – Updog
Day 7: Forearmwheel – Bowpose
Day 8: Handstand Tree pose – Bound Tree
Day 9: Froglegs inverted – Half frog
Day 10: Yogischoice

Bridge Pose in August 2nd 2017. As yesterday, I bring you both :) I love the leg variation by @__sil_06 for the bridge, so I go for it. For the pigeon, I went for a basic one, a good backbend
