Invert Or Bend 2 was an August 2017 challenge, from 1st to 10th. Asanas include Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), Headstand (Sirsasana), Forearm stand (Pincha Mayurasana) and Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana).

Day 7: Forearmwheel – Bowpose
Day 8: Handstand Tree pose – Bound Tree
Day 9: Froglegs inverted – Half frog
Day 10: Yogischoice

Bridge Pose in August 2nd 2017. As yesterday, I bring you both :) I love the leg variation by @__sil_06 for the bridge, so I go for it. For the pigeon, I went for a basic one, a good backbend
