Invert For Spring was a March 2019 challenge, from 1st to 6th. Asanas include Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana), Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana), Crow pose (Kakasana) and Shoulderstand (Salamba Sarvangasana).
