A June 2018 challenge

Invert Or Bend 4 was a June 2018 challenge, from 1st to 7th. Asanas include Headstand (Sirsasana), Pincha (Pincha Mayurasana), Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) and Tripod headstand (Mukta Hasta Sirsasana A).

Downward Facing Dog in June 1st 2018. New month, new challenge! As I use to practice  Downward Facing Dog and  Upwardfacingdog together in flows, sun salutations as well an vinyasa, I join both teams.

Crane pose in June 2nd 2018. Joining both teams again :) A  Bakasana or  Cranepose for  Team Invert and a tiger or  Ekahastavyaghrasana for  Team Bend.

Wheelpose in June 3rd 2018. One week is coming to its end, let's make next week as healthy and progress oriented as possible. Use your schedule to add yoga, outdoor running, weight training or HIIT etc. By making them written appointments, you think twice

Sirsasana 3 in June 4th 2018. I join both teams again. Haven't practiced this headstand variation much, and getting legs fully extended is tough, like in mukta hasta sirsasana.
