Iuga Shapes of Love was a February 2024 challenge, from 25th to 29th. Asanas include Fire Hydrant Pose (Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana), Star pose, Chaturanga (Chaturanga Dandasana) and Egg-shaped headstand.

Chaturanga in June 13th 2023. My choice for outdoor Plankpose is wallchaturanga. Unlike regular wallplank, very little weight is exerted on the wall, so pretty much anything works as a wall in

Egg-shaped headstand in March 23rd 2023. So long time ago I practice Egg-shaped headstand, but it's such a fun shape. Definitely need more love on my inversion days 🌞🤸🏻‍♂️

Wide legged forward fold in March 22nd 2019. Yay for a third season! I bring Wideleggedforwardfold or Prasarita Padottanasana D, just like in previous seasons, and bring my previous entries.
