A July 2019 challenge

Juicy July Arms was a July 2019 challenge, from 8th to 13th. Asanas include Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana), Utpluthih (Scales pose), Eight Angle Pose (Astavakrasana) and Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 (EPK1).

Day 1 chaturanga or plank
Day 2 any crow
Day 3 tolasana or flying pigeon
Day 4 eight angle or elephant trunk
Day 5 epk 1 or epk 2
Day 6 yogis choice

Chaturanga in October 1st 2019. Yay, I'm in here! I go for my favorite pose in the plank family, the Chaturanga Dandasana. One regular, and two with raised leg.

Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 in April 24th 2020. Since I've already used the grasshopper and side crow, I bring my remaining twisted Arm balance, the Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 or EPK1.
