June for Joints Health was a June 2020 challenge, from 20th to 24th. Asanas include Thunderbolt pose (Vajrasana), Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana) and Humble Warrior (Baddha Virabhadrasana).
