Keep Up The Yoga Body was a June 2019 challenge, from 3rd to 7th. Asanas include Knee to elbow in plank (Kumbhakasana), Chair Pose (Utkatasana), Boatpose (Navasana) and Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana).

Knee to elbow in plank (Kumbhakasana)
Chair Pose in April 25th 2018. The color for the solar plexus or manipura chakra is yellow. I need to have mine adjusted after a gut infection. I bring a  Utkatasana or  Chair Pose with tiptoe
