Ladies 80s Birthday Bash was a March 2021 challenge, from 22nd to 26th. Asanas include Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose), Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana 2), Mukta Hasta Sirsasana B (Free Hands Headstand) and Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana).

Skandasana in June 25th 2018. I bring a  Sidelunge or  Skandasana as hipopener choice today. A great preparation pose for middle splits.
