Legs For Miles was a March 2019 challenge, from 1st to 28th. Asanas include Pincha (Pincha Mayurasana), Four Corner Pose (Chatush Konasana), Thunderbolt pose (Vajrasana) and Yogi Dandasana (Foot to armpit).

22 – One legged King Pigeon variation

23 – Handstand lotus or tree in pincha

24 – Chakorasana or Four Corner Pose

25 – #Thunderbold or #Laghuvajrasana variant

26 – Navasana in Yogidandasana or half lotus in navasana

27 – Viparita Salabhasana or scorpion in headstand

Upward plank in March 3rd 2019. Third day is Purvottanasana or Reverse Plank, a great shoulderopener and a serious strengthener for hamstrings. The shoulder part do also make it a good pinchap

Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 in April 24th 2020. Since I've already used the grasshopper and side crow, I bring my remaining twisted Arm balance, the Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 or EPK1.

Hero Pose in March 17th 2019. This  Heropose or  Virasana variation is first time for me. Great activation for hard to reach muscles in the legs, and stronglegs goals means whole legs

Bow Pose in March 18th 2019. Regular  Upwardfacingdog or  Urdhva Mukha Svanasana is one of my favorite  Proneposes, but I gave it a try to walk my hands backwards a bit to attempt a high bow.

Reclined hero in March 11th 2019.  Reclinedhero or Supta Virasana is an intensive stretch for quadriceps. Even superheroes need stressfreedays betimes.
