Legs Or Arms Asanas was a May 2019 challenge, from 20th to 26th. Asanas include Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended hand to big toe pose), Chair Pose (Utkatasana), Flying lizard pose (Uttana Prasithasana) and Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose).

Crescent lunge in May 20th 2019. Jumping in here :) I go for my favorite lunge, the Crescent lunge or Anjaneyasana with backbend and lifted knee. Important to practice both sides equally here

Flying lizard pose in May 21st 2019. I love Flying lizard pose or Uttana Prasithasana. It was the first flying armbalance I've learned. Tight hammies is almost an asset here, as you get a good

Natarajasana in May 22nd 2019. I couldn't decide between Natarajasana and Sugarcane pose or Ardha Chandra Chapasana, so I bring both :) Happy Friday!

Goddess pose in May 23rd 2019. Goddess pose or Utkata Konasana is awesome to build strong legs, including the hard to target calves if you do on tiptoes.

Eagle Pose in May 24th 2019. I go for both. Eagle Pose or Garudasana because it provides good flexibility to hips and shoulders with a balance challenge, and also a great pose for your knees.
