Lets Fun With Asanas was an October 2018 challenge, from 9th to 15th. Asanas include Double toe stand, Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana), Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana) and Revolved side angle pose (Parivrtta Parsvakonasana).

Double toe stand in October 9th 2018. I love Tiptoe Balance, any Toe Stand is excellent for building strong Lower legs. I go for Double toe stand, really tough to get deep in this one :)
