A February 2021 challenge

Love Compassion Yoga was a February 2021 challenge, from 20th to 24th. Asanas include Goddess pose (Utkata Konasana), Camel pose (Ustrasana), Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana) and Lotus pose (Padmasana).

𝐃𝐀𝐘 2️⃣ a pose that grounds you – what can I do to feel more nourished so I can become a channel of love and compassion?
𝐃𝐀𝐘 3️⃣ a pose that makes you feel connected – what can I do for another human being that shows love and compassion?
𝐃𝐀𝐘 4️⃣ a pose that allows you to be love – what can I do to show love and compassion to animals and plants?
𝐃𝐀𝐘 5️⃣ Yogi’s Choice – how can I live a life of love and compassion

Lotus pose in February 21st 2018. I bring a  Lotuspose with  Garudasana arms, a yogi upgrade to the powersitting technique used in attachmenttherapy.

Half Moon Pose in November 11th 2019. I love moon yoga, so my choice for balance pose is the moon themed Ardha Chandrasana or Half Moon Pose. I'm going to celebrate the full moon tomorrow with
