Love Your Body Thru Asanas was a July 2018 challenge, from 3rd to 9th. Asanas include Flying lizard pose (Uttana Prasithasana), Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana), Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana) and Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana).

Tiptoe Balance in July 3rd 2018. I've been on a yoga roadtrip today, visit some excursions and do yoga in new places.

Compass pose in July 4th 2018. My best tips for  Compasspose  Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana is to warm up hamstrings with forward folds and heron pose, and then take your time for this pose. I had to hold for several breaths before I had my leg extended.

Flying lizard pose (Uttana Prasithasana)
Flying crow pose in July 6th 2018. I bring a  Flyingcrowpose or  Eka Pada Bakasana. I prefer to enter it from tiptoe chair pose -> regular crow -> extend leg to flying crow. Holding time today was about 15 seconds, excluding the regular crow phase.

Bend like a Canary Dancer
Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana)
Wide legged forward fold in July 8th 2018. I bring a  Prasarita Padottanasana D or  Straddle Fold D. I warmed up with Prasarita Padottanasana A, B, C and D, and standing forward fold. Warming up makes a big difference in getting deep here for me.
