Love Your Yoga Butt was a February 2020 challenge, from 17th to 21st. Asanas include Bound extended side angle pose (Utthita Parsvakonasana), Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana), Pigeon pose and Chair Pose (Utkatasana).

Wide legged forward fold in March 22nd 2019. Yay for a third season! I bring  Wideleggedforwardfold or  Prasarita Padottanasana D, just like in previous seasons, and bring my previous entries.

Pigeon pose in March 26th 2019. Doing a Friday catchup :) I've did regular  Pigeonpose and  Standingpigeon in past seasons, so I bring both now. And I bring both sides for both.  Twinshavemore
