Luv Body Thru Asanas was a November 2018 challenge, from 12th to 18th. Asanas include Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana), Pigeon pose, Revolved side angle pose (Parivrtta Parsvakonasana) and Standing pigeon.
