May We Be Yogis was a May 2021 challenge, from 1st to 5th. Asanas include Fallen Angel (Devaduuta panna asana), Side Plank Pose (Vasisthasana), Frog pose (Mandukasana) and Skandasana (Side lunge).

Side Plank Pose in May 6th 2018. It's actually exactly one year since I did my first  Vasisthasana. I still think of this as an utthita hasta padangusthasana lying on the side, or actually tilted about 60 degrees.

Frog pose in April 18th 2021. Today is one of my favorite poses, the Frog pose or Mandukasana. When fully warmed up, this hip opener feels wonderful to stay in for a while.
