Mindful For 2020 was a January 2020 challenge, from 26th to 1st. Asanas include Lotus pose (Padmasana), Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana), Standing forward fold (Uttanasana) and Revolved Triangle Pose (Parivrtta trikonasana).

Day 1: How will you be mindful about your physical health – STRENGTHENING pose.
Day 2: How will you be mindful of your emotional/mental well being – MEDITATIVE pose.
Day 3: How will you be mindful of your family – ARM BALANCE.
Day 4: How will you be mindful of those in need – FORWARD FOLD.
Day 5: How will you be mindful of the planet/environment – TWIST.
Day 6: How will you be mindful of your relationship with a significant other/a close friend – HEART OPENER.
Day 7. What are the other ways you practice being a mindful person – INVERSION.
