Moving Forward with Sadhaka Pitta was a June 2020 challenge, from 25th to 29th. Asanas include Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana), Upwardfacing dog (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana), Reverse hands prayer (Pashchima Namaskarasana) and Trikonasana (Triangle pose).
